The High Speed Pusher is designed to be used with a PLC for diverting product 90ยบ at a high rate of speed. Product can be diverted onto other conveyors or discharge chutes. Rates can be obtained up to 45 cycles per minute. Cycle time varies based on product size, weight, stroke, and air supply.
(3) The RBB pneumatic brake is designed for breaking 1900 and 2500 series conveyor rollers. The Long length of brake pad stops more rollers than the model RB1900 or RB2500.

(2) The Pop-Up Blade Stop can be used to hold product on a gravity conveyor line prior to a work area. It can also be used with an RB or RBB roller brake as part of an escapement mechanism. Maximum container weight 1500 lbs.
